  • All bed linen and towels provided (except travel cot) 
  • Additional sofa bed (futon) for additional occasional guests

  • Outdoor charcoal barbecue (charcoal not provided)

Bedrooms 

3 double bedrooms with bedroom two (upstairs) converting to a twin if required:

  1. Large master bedroom on the first floor with king size bed, ample wardrobe space, dressing table, hair dryer, hair straighteners, Smart TV, panoramic views
  2. The second first floor bedroom has 2 full size single beds which can zip together as a super kingsize, deliberately elevated to make the most of the glorious panoramic view. Note - the ceilings slope/ are low in parts of this room
  3. Bedroom three is a good size on the ground floor, with a double bed, wardrobe, ample drawer storage and a Smart TV

Kitchen

 The kitchen is fully equipped and includes:

  • Double electric oven
  • Microwave
  • Integrated fridge with additional large separate fridge freezer in pantry
  • Integrated Dishwasher
  • Dolce Gusto pod coffee machine
  • Gas hob and cooker hood
  • Kettle, toaster, slow cooker

Garden 

Ridgeway has a generous garden area, with stunning views over the the surrounding countryside and fells. Whilst enjoying the sound from nearby Comb Beck, the garden offers:

  • Secluded large patio dining area with table and chairs for up to 8 people
  • Established terraces, with walkways through mature plants and shrubs
  • Additional morning terrace with bench

Garage 

The generous garage has been converted into a large storage space with cleaning and drying area with:

  • 4 wall mounted bike racks
  • Secure storage for motorcycles/outdoor kit
